Great for a nice rustic bread.

This proofing basket is great. It turns out good bread with beautiful combs. You will not be disappointed. The scoring tool works great too. You will not be disappointed.

perfect proof. on bakeware

The bowl gave the bread a nice texture and the plate helped make perfect cuts. I liked using the tray liner as a protective cover in the fridge over the plastic wrap. I recommend 10/10.

A turning point for homemade bread!

I love the shape of my proofing baskets and the fabric insert! Went like clockwork. I've used parchment paper, floured tea towels, and every old bowl I had on hand, but they're nicer and the perfect shape. Highly recommended!

Perfect fermentation and beautiful bread

This was my first experience with this type of bread. The baskets come with matching linen liners but I chose not to use them to achieve the round pattern on the bread. Baskets feel very well made. Happy with my purchase decision!

never mind Fragments, poor quality chrome

Everything is fine. The banneton has splinters, the way they sewed the lining creates too thick overlapping seams directly on the loaf making it not as smooth and the plate they provided was a nice touch but it's clearly cheap and the metal is already discolored though I got it was only a few weeks old. I will buy another brand next time.

It smelled bad and cracked loudly.

I bought two of these. Both had a disgusting smell, especially cow dung (I don't know why). Also, lots of tiny shards came off both of them, and while I'm sure they were small enough to probably not be a problem, I'd be wrong or safe about eating some of them. . I returned both.

Exactly what I needed!

Made my first sourdough bread this morning and it was excellent. This basket left such beautiful marks in the test without use. I'm sure the liner will come in handy when I don't need the markers so I can create other designs, but for now I'm enjoying the turnout. The included delimbing knife was easy to use and cuts were possible without any problems. I almost want to get another basket, but maybe I'll take a longer one so there's some variety.
