I should have guessed when I saw that the headphones didn't look like the picture but as much as I liked the design better I missed it. According to the instructions, the plug must be fully inserted. When I do that, however, everything I play sounds far away. If I tighten the jack a bit, the sound gets clearer, but it still doesn't work. I hope I can return this item and get my money back.

There was nothing like the product in the picture! I bought it because my 8 year old's head is too big for a child and too small for an adult. The ones that were sent to me are exactly the same as the children that are sold at a lower price and do not fit on the head. Needless to say I now have two almost identical headphones in different colors that don't suit him at all!
