I really like this style of belt, but the first ones that I had were pretty expensive and one buckle broke after about six months of use. I decided to try the Barry Wang version and for around 20 bucks, it was worth a try. I couldn't be more pleased with the purchase. This was exactly what i was looking for. I needed only the belt as I already had a buckle (different brand). This belt is made of very nice leather and i suspect it will last me for some time.

They made it more durable. The buckle grips the end better. The old style would chew up the belt making have to cut it shorter.

It’s much flimsier than expected. Most belts are fairly stiff to bridge the gap between belt loops but this seems to sag unless pulled tight. It’s like trying to hold your pants up with shoe string.The ratchet track is further from the end, so you should make sure to cut a bit longer.Id return but it’s been cut already.Pros are color and patterns are fun.

Had to take off from wrong end of buckle….twice….to take belt off. Belt simply will not unbuckle ….knob to disengage belt will not budge.

Nice, different color choice. Thicker and sturdier then the original belt I had.Would buy again np. A bit 2 expensive, as you can buy a belt and buckle for same price, but time will tell.

Purchased to pass through metal detector. Worked 1/2 times. Not good enough for that purpose. Will try another brand. Otherwise, it is a very nice buckle, similar to ones that I already own.

Hey I just want to say I was very very pleasantly surprised the thought and effort and everything that went into sending this out this is just a plain belt wasn't expensive but he put it into padded packages it has a nice little velvet bag and then a little card and print it off and resize instructions and just it was just a very warm-hearted gesture thank you so much and brightened up my day after A Hard Day's Work

It’s a great buckle and very attractive. Please note, it still makes the airport metal detector go off. I was hoping this one wouldn’t.ThanksDean

This is a cool belt buckle. The design is awsome. Looks great for first use, but it for scratches on right after the first use. Admiringly I used it for golf 🏌️‍♂️ But I still didn’t feel like I did anything to warrant the scratches so, all in all , it’s a really cool belt buckle that looks nice and works great, BUT it probably won’t last you that that long. It will still work but if you want it to shine like it did day one, it probably won’t for long lol

I've had ratchet belts for quite some time, but I decided to give this one a try, because it let you pick the strap and buckle, individually, so that you get exactly what you want. I was very impressed with the quality of both. The strap seems very durable and the leather pattern and texture are very attractive. I expect to buy additional straps that also coordinate with the buckle

Overall the belt looks good but the material is thinner than any other belt of this style that I have. It is nice for travel to be able to wrap it up so small but the overall quality of the belt appears to reflect how thin it is.
