BASE Technologies Review

The customer service is second to none! They are always willing help you out no matter what time or day it may be, they truly care about your business success as well as their own personal growth in this industry that we both love so much!! I have never had any issues with them at anytime during my 15 years working for Base technologies (aside from some minor hiccups here & there) nor would i expect anything less than perfection every single moment while providing exceptional support services.

The ease in which you can see what is going to happen next with your account, as well as being able to track orders that are currently out for processing or fulfillment. It would be nice if there were more reporting options; we have been limited by our vendor's choice not too much flexibility here. Also, it could use some upgrades! Currently using this software solely for tracking order status/fulfillment, but I am expecting they will add other functions soon (inventory control etc.). We've…
