Tired of the same black or navy checkbook envelopes and wanted something more visible and accessible. I have 3 checking accounts and I'm tired of getting the wrong dark book all the time. This case is well made and looks and feels good too. The red one I ordered is beautiful and at that price I could have ordered two more in lighter colors.

This check book cover is soft and durable but it doesn't fit my checks. The attached plastic pouch was too tight so I was disappointed that I couldn't use it and had to return it. It would be great if the sizes were included in the product descriptions, but with a product of this nature and cost the seller/manufacturer probably doesn't care.

I only leave it because I don't have a checkbook with me and rarely use it. The color is less yellow than shown and it runs very small. I can barely squeeze my checkbook in after removing all the extra pockets, let alone adding credit cards. I hope the skin stretches.

I recently bought two of these check book covers. Black and red. The black surprised me as it felt very rich. I would give it 5 stars but I feel the plastic piece used for the duplicate check is too short. It only covers the recipient string, not the date string. Red, on the other hand, looks cheap compared to the black finish. You get what you pay for.

The check book cover is more durable than the cheap plastic that the bank writes checks with. I also liked the variety of colors. The only downside is that the plastic side that you write double checks on doesn't quite reach the edge of the checks. Therefore, you must remember that you should not write the amount at the beginning of the line, otherwise it will be carried over to the next duplicate check. Apart from that it is very beautiful.
