This hairbrush is great! This is my first bamboo wide tooth comb! In the past I have bought plastic to pull my hair which hurts and broke my teeth. This comb is so painless my hair is detangling fast! I also bought a Bass Brand bamboo brush!

My dog loves to eat my combs anytime and anywhere. It got better, but I hate throwing plastic in the landfill. Unfortunately, I cannot use it as a functional hairbrush. The teeth are too wide apart to comb through my wet or dry hair. It's nice to put someone on the dressing table who pretends to care about the environment. But if you're a hippie who dresses like an acceptable American executive, this hairbrush won't help.

I've been looking for a good comb for hair conditioner in the shower for a long time. Bamboo makes the hair silky and does not become rough when wet. The wide teeth are good for detangling, while the small teeth are perfect for the final comb to remove any loose hair.

When my wife and I switched from plastic to bamboo, we were finally able to grow our hair longer than ever before (no kidding!) My hair is thick, coarse and frizzy; My wife is fine, fat and straight. I will NEVER go back to plastic, this is my 3rd comb from this company - I buy a new one every 3-4 years. I also use a bamboo bristle brush from this company - same excellent results.
