Quality Control Needs to be Improved at Battat

I've recently made a buy from Battat, and I have conflicting emotions about it. Although there was a large variety of toys, I wasn't impressed with the products' level of quality. Both my kid and I were disappointed by the poor quality and malfunctioning of some of the toys. A brand that claims to emphasize safety should be concerned that I wasn't confident in the safety of some of the toys. I made a recent purchase from Battat for some toys for my niece, and I have to say that I was really impressed with the level of quality and safety that the company maintains in their products.
