Weak charger is better for maintenance

Good for battery maintenance. When I start the golf cart almost all the way, the charger cycles on and off and doesn't charge. Use friends' factory charger, they charge well, then use a new charger for maintenance. This new charger seems to have reached a point of no return once I use the golf cart on low.

Good charger will do the job

Firstly fast delivery and as I had an issue the customer service was GREAT, my charger was slow to charge it's not very powerful but the description is accurate. Mine never swam, ever. I contacted the seller, a new one will appear in a few days. The new one floats but works better if you unplug it and then plug it back in and it floats. All in all a great little block. Not a $400 beast. Almost all babies are devices from the same company. This seller was excellent.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Expensive

So far, so good. the best in golf

I've been using this charger for about a week. It works better than my original very old charger. I repaired my batteries with Epsom salts. The original charger could not get my batteries above 35.6 volts. I can get up to 38.8 volts with this charger and they go as high as 37.1 volts. The only thing I've noticed so far is that it doesn't turn off automatically. I'm afraid of boiling batteries if left unattended. Loads relatively quickly. So far, so good. The time will show. There isn't much…

Workhorse Battery Charger

I admit I was concerned if this small charger would replace the large charger that came with the golf cart. I took a chance and was amazed at how good this charger was. I rarely write reviews but after a few months of use I felt I had to. My 86 year old mother uses her golf cart around the neighborhood here in Florida. The old charger switched itself off after about an hour, after which the batteries were discharged. I've left this charged and unplugged for three days and it feels just as…

The best device for sports

I checked the water level and fully charged the batteries before using this device. I have an electronic voltage and percentage meter on my golf cart and it reads 36.8 volts at 100%. I plugged this charger in and the little fan turned on and the red power light came on. The red "swim" light that should have turned green never came on. After 2 hours of charging I checked my meter and it was at 100% but at 47.8 volts. I immediately unplugged this device which felt very hot and I could hear my…
