💡 Get Accurate Battery and Charging System Readings with 12V Plug-in Tester with LCD Display Review

This is a REAL review. I never check products before using them for a long time. I've been using this for several months. Daily for 6 weeks. So true. It works. Easy to read. It costs less than most. This is the one to buy.

It works the same as the Nova brand, but the color of the display's backlight is harder to read and it fits very tightly to the sockets. Perhaps it will be worn over time for a good fit. It would have been 5 stars but these 2 things got in the way.

Don't really have to do anything, just plug it in. A simple test of the battery and charging system using both the digital display and the lighting system. The only slight downside is that it takes up too much space to keep it on all the time, not enough room for a cellphone.

Bought this item hoping it would be another iteration or imitation of the Innova 3721 which unfortunately isn't the case. I was hoping there would be an adjustment screw that could be adjusted and would be as close to my multimeter as possible, which isn't the case (read Revain's review of the Innova 3721 for access to the adjustment screw). I decided to keep it as the readings on this article are not that far off from the tuned Innova 3721 that I already have.

Bought for an RV but limited use. The photo in the listing differs from the device received - there is no logo/name on the device. The plug fits into the cockpit instrument panel socket, but not into the two rear sockets. Not sure why - need to investigate this further. I liked the product display, it's easy to read and has a nice soft blue colour. However, while driving I noticed that the battery voltage meter jumped quite a bit, going from a very strong charge (green) to a questionable charge (amber) in a matter of seconds.
