I ordered two of these to install next to my sofa. Upon receipt I noticed that the center hole in the wheels of one of the bulbs was 3/8" and had a 1/8" screw going through it. Needless to say, they didn't work and looked awful. I bought some PVC bushings to solve this problem. The other was much tighter, but by no means perfect. Very nice look and design. However, the design of the lamp is very weak. My wife bought these lights 11 months ago at the start of a major renovation of our home and now that we were working on the installation we had to find/buy new screws and brackets to allow the light to be hung. I really liked the look, but was disappointed with the construction. Parts were missing, fastened with nuts and bolts, unpainted, one of the hooks on the lantern was not as wide as the other. One of the lanterns that the bulb is screwed into looks crooked, so looks ugly. I would not order this again. It took us 2 hours to install one because we reinforced the plate and screws for hanging. I haven't installed this yet, hope it works as it should. beautiful light; Note that although the lantern looks black/polished bronze, it has brass colored screws and socket - the brass colored screws on the pulleys look cheap and I had 2 screws on the pulleys that were missing nuts. The lamp is in questionable packaging and had some damage not really related to the packaging. There are two places on one of the pulleys where something has actually rubbed the metal - the fairing has been removed

I ordered two of these lamps a few weeks apart and received two similar but not identical lamps. Both were well packaged, had no scratches or paint chips. The difference in the lamps was how the fixture was attached: one had fixing screws on the side of the base (this didn't stay straight when the base detached from the wall and the fixture tilted (hence the three stars), while the other had fixing screws and Nuts on the front of the base.This lamp with mounting screws perpendicular to the wall
