I bought 2 of these towels in different patterns for our renovated bathroom. Looks great there hung on a hanger. To my great dismay, these towels do not dry anything - they are not suitable for drying hands and of course they cannot even be used as a rag for wiping! I've never had 100% cotton towels that didn't absorb moisture so I ignored several 1 star reviews complaining about it. Trust them or you will regret trying to use them.

It wasn't exactly as described, absorbent and soft. It's not very soft, and I've washed it a couple of times to soften it, which supposedly gets softer with each wash - not yet! It doesn't dry you out at all so I don't know where the absorbency comes into play. I don't know what the other reviews are saying. This thing is a pill, a loose mess. I bought a black diamond pattern. I've only had a few washes and already the little pills of cloth are forming and when I dry myself with this my skin is covered in tiny black strands that feel like sand when I wash. I received the products quickly and threw them in the wash as I heard it helps increase softness and absorbency.
