Professional, responsive and quick assistance

I liked how friendly everyone was at beacon with my issues about their pricing model for projects being way more expensive than competition who offer similar products/services (hosting). Nothing specific really except they were very clear in what needed to be done / changed vs not as well when it came time do actually get things up so we could use them again if neede dto make changes after initial contract agreement. We're solving our issue of an easy platform that is customizable by all…

Pros
  • This helped me tremendously..and still does today :)
Cons
  • They cost too much compared competitors offering same basic functions.
  • It took awhile before getting everything setup initially..but once started its smooth sailing
