Suitable for pizzas with a floury crust, worse for gluten-free

Ideal for toaster pizzas with a smaller diameter. Easy to clean, don't forget to use a spray (like Pam). Works well with flour-based pizza crusts and cauliflower, but for the gluten-free diaya mix, it's best to follow package directions and place directly on the grill, not on this pizza pan. Might work better for gluten free crusts if there were more or more holes. Would buy this again.

Nonstick Bakeware Coating

We bought this for our Cosori Large Air Fryer Toaster. It's the perfect size! It's perfect for frozen Digiorno pizza. He is fat and strong. The only downside is that it's not non-stick and sticky cheese doesn't peel off easily. We had to soak ours and then use one of those little hard plastic scrapers to get it all off without damaging the metal. Everything worked, but with a lot of effort! Next time we will try to grease the surface with vegetable oil.

11 1/2 ", NOT 11 ": Kitchen & Dining

When it arrived I took it out of the box and tried to fit it into my new toaster. Didn't fit and I measured the oven before ordering. I shouldn't have relied on the 11 inches listed in the description. It measures 11 1/2 inches. A quarter inch narrower and it would fit. I sent it away right away. I'm disappointed it didn't fit because I was looking for a crispy pizza that didn't require me to heat up the whole kitchen!
