Good affordable choice. I would have to warn, the clip is not compatible with every type of harness because it’s smaller and will not fit thicker rings. I have a 45 pound dog and it doesn’t stay locked completely when he pulls more aggressively.

Sturdy, easy to use. Only minor complaint would be that it is sometimes hard to lock when the dog is pulling, easy to stop them but need a tiny bit of slack to put the lock on so it stays. Great leash at a good price.

This leash is nice, but definitely medium not heavy duty. I wanted a leash that was the nylon ribbon style versus the string. It works very well and the if feels really smooth when the ribbon goes in and out. The ribbon feels like good quality and doesn't look like it will fray anytime soon. The length is really nice.Medium vs heavy duty- The ribbon is only 1/2 inch wide by 1/16 inch thick. It works well for walking two 20 pound dogs on a tandem connector. It's great. I love the pop-bag holder and it's definitely sturdy enough for my shiba who regularly runs full blast towards any squirrel she sees. I'm happy with it

Retracts well. Locking one handed a bit cumbersom and has unlocked a few times on its own but overall solid. The leash may be too thin for some dog owners' preferences.

We are throughly enjoying our new retractable leash! It makes walking our 40lb. puppers SO much easier than a traditional leash. We love the flat design of the leash itself as it is does not tangle! Our one concern is that if our pup is ever pulling REALLY hard (which happens sometimes) then the lock will "give" an inch or so more of the leash. Also (and this is an really picky thing) The font that is used for the quote on the side of the leash makes it look (to me) like it says…

this is the second retractable leash my 35lb puggle has had. we've only been using it for a week or so, but he's an excitable little pile of fur and when he sees something he wants, he bolts. Squirrel, friendly human, old sandwich wrapper. I REALLY like the 'pause' feature on this leash so I can hold my thumb down when it looks like he's about to take off. seems sturdier than the last one that his stubborn chubby self broke the retractable mechanism on. We'll see.

It’s been so much easier to run my puppy with this leash. He loves having more free range at the park and it love that he can get more energy out now. We’re in an apartment so we don’t have a back yard to let our husky pup run around freely, but the park next to us has a big open space where he can run back and forth as much as he wants to now, thanks to this leash. The only complaint I have is that sometimes the button gets stuck when I try to unlock it.

This dog leash is great for walking your dog! The leash is long so your dog can roam around freely. It even comes with a plastic bag dispenser shaped like a bone to clean up your dogs waste. You can remove it the bone from the leash if you want to which is hadndy. It also already comes with a good amount of the bags so you don’t have to buy them. I took my dog on a few walks and he absolutety loves this leash!

Bought 2 of these as first was so nice to use for our miniature doxy that thinks she is a sled dog :] Easy to use the lock everything feels and sounds quality Update in July of 2020 the one we bought in January locked up and would not unlock The first one we bought is still working great so like most items of late depends on your luck

We Like the retractable portion. The function is smooth.Hopefully it’s heavy duty, the clip for the collar is very small.Looks light duty to me.1/21/2022The retractable function failed.

Awesome, lightweight and pretty sturdy. We've had this leash for about two months and I honestly can say that I have nothing negative to say about it.

I am extremely upset for buying this leash for almost $20 , the first week our dog bit it, leaving a hole. Yesterday He totally tore the it apart. I wish I could return it. I am quite sure it’s past the return policy. Now around it to make sure it wouldn’t tear further and then a few months later on yesterday he was at a friends house to fix it and I think it is beyond getting it replaced so I would not buy this leash if you want a heavy duty retractable leash.

Its an absolutely great product. But my little guy is only 18 lbs and his little neck is just to small for the heavy leash. It weighs his head down and he can't walk tall. But if he was a medium size on up its great. Great quality easy stop and start. The line never gets all twisted up inside. I haven't given it to anyone just in case I get another addition to the family. Definitely recommend this you wont be sorry.

I needed something to control my dog and this one is strong enough. I love it. It's heavy duty but fits well in my hand. Worth the money!

Bought this leash in August and it was already broken by January. Used it for our rat terrier, so not like it was over strained by a big dog or anything. Like the look and comfort of it. Just wished that it had lasted longer. Works if you hold it upside down. Lol.

I've had one of these leashes for over 2 years. I use it regularly. I got a second dog and tried 2 leashes from other places and they broke in a matter of days. So I ordered another Beastron leash. If one ever breaks, I'll continue to buy a Beastron.

Bargain priced, but expensive for the fact it lasted 36 days. It stopped retracting 6 days after the return window closed 😕. So looks like we are back to a flexi brand leash. Handle was comfortable to hold, but did feel a bit cheaper than a flexi and was noisier when in use. We have a approx 50 lb lab mix 1 year old that is a bit of a puller for reference. Would of been a good bargain leash if the retractability hadn’t broken. I wouldn’t buy again to see if I just got a dud, but would try it…
