This is the third time I have ordered hair from Revain, but this is the first time I have bought this hair. It's the best there is. I have a length 20/22/24 with a clasp. I'm 4'11" and just below my butt. I did manage to pull out a few strands but that's okay, even if I comb through some saggy areas. Overall I'm in love with this hair. I received the hair and love that it is affordable and that each bun is the right length. The hair had a faint smell of a chemical that shampoo can help with. The hair was not soft enough, but rather rough, dry to the touch but still soft. It's not the silky soft effect I usually get from other sellers. Maybe add some conditioner and a silicone blend to get that silky smooth texture. Doesn't fall at all. Just need more emollient and some love to help it work. UPDATE: HAIR IS TRASH! IT STARTS TO

Hair falls out and knots SO BAD! NEVER is real hair. It looks like a mixture of human hair after 1 week. Doesn't hold curls AT ALL. I did it professionally and when I got home all the curls were gone. I literally take a brush with me to clean it all day, sitting at a desk in a building with air conditioning. I'm so angry I spent money to buy and install this. This is a scam and this hair is not 100% Brazilian hair. Seriously, no way. Buyer ATTENTION!
