I think I like it. Unfortunately, my nighttime cough was a constant nuisance, so I started using it at the same time as Zytrec to see if it would help. I no longer woke up with a cough late at night, but I need to find out what the solution is. I might need both, but I'm honestly torn on which I would prefer. I decided to buy this pillow because of my constant sore throat which the doctor said was due to nighttime acid reflux. The pillow was nicely packaged in a tight plastic bag in a tightly sealed box.
