72 inch nylon zipper

I was able to sew this in without difficulty. I haven't washed the duvet cover yet, so I don't know how it will hold up to hot water, etc.

Pros
  • Easy to work with and perfect size
Cons
  • May not be as easy to open and close as other types of zippers

I bought this to fix an Ikea couch cover on .

I bought this to fix an Ikea couch cover on which the zipper had broken (it was the Tylosand cover, for anyone who may be interested). This size is longer than needed, but I just tucked away the extra zipper inside the cover. This is a very heavy duty upholstery zipper, but for a couch on which the cover gets alot of use and gets taken on and off for washes, this level of heavy duty is helpful.

Pros
  • Bought two, used them both when I reupholstered a chair. Working great.
Cons
  • Price may be higher than other zippers on the market

Good quality: my feedback

It was good quality and easy to work with. I used it to make an insert for a floor pillow and also for the floor pillow itself.

Pros
  • I had ease in working with this zipper
Cons
  • Only available in one length

and they've been absolutely great. The instructions are clear

I ordered these to use in some sofa-cushion covers, and they've been absolutely great. The instructions are clear, and being able to cut the zipper to exactly the length I wanted has been a huge help, not to mention a great bargain. And they're perfectly good zippers. They're very utilitarian-looking with a slightly large pull-tab, not the kind of thing you'd want to use in clothes, but for pillows or furniture covers there's no better value out there.

Pros
  • I used this zipper in making a large chusion for a bench seat.
Cons
  • Beige color may not be ideal for certain design themes

customize the size you need with ease !

exactly what I needed for outdoor cushions I was making, able to cut to the perfect size, 2 rolls were perfect and not expensive at all!

Pros
  • I used these when recovering cushions, and am impressed with the quality. I’m very pleased.
Cons
  • Could have a limited lifespan or shelf life

Zippered Cushion: my feedback

I wasn't sure if this zipper would be strong enough to use in a refabricated box cushion. It was perfect. It is sturdy and it zips w/o any imperfections. I order the black 72".

Pros
  • Sewed this into a duvet when I got tired of those stupid button closures...It's working great.
Cons
  • Could rust or corrode if exposed to certain environments or materials

Perfect zipper for what I needed!

I needed a very long zipper for a full sized duvet cover I made for my son. I actually needed white, but settled for the ivory one, since I sewed it in to where you can't see much of it. This was perfect! The zipper is of very good quality, and it was great that it came with one end clamped and finished. If you've never sewn one of these before, the package has some high level instructions that I found helpful. This was my first time sewing in a zipper, and it worked out nicely. It worked well…

Pros
  • Brass
Cons
  • May not be ideal for projects that require frequent washing or maintenance

Zipper for a heavy fabric

This is a strong zipper made with that in mind. The cream color can go with any light color and 72 inch length can be cut to any size that you wish.

Pros
  • Fasteners
Cons
  • May not be as flexible or adjustable as other types of zippers

Great, easy -to-use product.

These zippers came with the pulls pre-attached. They were easy to work with and have held up very well for 2 years of wear in sofa cushions.

Pros
  • Brass teeth with a beige polyester tape
Cons
  • May have limited compatibility with certain types of sewing or craft projects

Heavy duty and priced well

I used this to replace the zipper on my fishing float tube. The one that came with it was pretty light weight. This one is heavy duty and looks like it will hold up much better. I haven't taken it in the water yet but it looks like it will do the trick. And the price was way less than I was expecting.

Pros
  • Great value and exactly what I needed . Exceeded expectations.
Cons
  • May not be ideal for heavy-duty or high-stress applications

The slider is the cheapest piece of metal possible. I bought this in order to fix a zipper on my grandmother's sofa. The tape next to the zipper teeth on one cushion had disintegrated. It's a 60 year old couch. I painstakingly sewed on this zipper; the zipper looked like a great match for what was there previously. However, the slider bent on the first attempt to zip closed the couch cushion. Not upholstery quality. Upon close inspection, I could bend the slider on or away from the teeth with…

Easy to use and cost effective

Exactly what I needed for the window seat project I'm working on. Easy to use and cost effective! I highly recommend! I just ordered this in black for another project!

Pros
  • No
Cons
  • Could be difficult to clean if stained or dirty

Good and Sturdy: my feedback

Used this zipper to repair a dog cushion for her kennel that she had ripped apart. Good sturdy zipper. Was able to fix the cushion and while not good as new, is still holding together.

Pros
  • Good zipper butt I felt the color was more yellow than cream.
Cons
  • May be too short for certain projects
