My hair is very thick and straight. The hair was straightened and curled very well and quickly. I had my last straightening iron for 5 years and urgently needed a replacement. Product received within two days, tried it out the same day. It took me 1/2 the time to straighten my hair! love it

Say a lot for your money! This straightener/curler is perfect. Sometimes I want a straight bob and sometimes I want loose curls. Even without all the extras, this iron is excellent. Additional accessories such as a cloth pouch, hair ties, hair clips, colored bobby pins, hair brush, heat resistant glove are a generous gift but not necessary for me. What I like best is that the bottom of the iron pivots to close the unit for easy storage.

I like it so far, it's way better than any straightener I've had. It heats up incredibly fast which is great, I don't have to waste time just waiting for it to heat up. This is fantastic quality. And I love all the extra goodies! Definitely recommend.

Not very impressed with this as it doesn't get as hot as the old one I have from another brand. He says he gets 460 degrees, but he doesn't. I just heat my old one up to 425° and it's hot! This one doesn't come close. I wouldn't buy it again. Also, they will send you a free gift offer and when I signed up to receive it it said it wasn't available in my area. What the hell does that mean! So I'm not very happy with them and the product.

I had my old flat iron 15 years old and it still worked fine, just time for an upgrade. I didn't want to spend too much money only to be disappointed with a flat iron that doesn't compare to the one I have now. But this one is amazing and multifunctional! Love it! And with all the accessories!

This product makes me angry. I wish I could get my money back for this and even then the thought of it would still make me angry. I only use straighteners to curl my hair. Curlers don't suit me, I have very thin hair that needs to be processed at high temperature to keep its shape.
