This product is a piece of c@#p. I bought it in mid-February, and in mid-June it broke and just died completely. I tried to contact the seller and got the standard reply that the warranty is no longer valid. Don't waste your money like I apparently did.

Product fits my watch perfectly; My iPhone, however, is a different story. My phone is in a case so it's incredibly difficult to place it on the charger. If your phone isn't in a case, I'll assume you're fine. It bothered me so much that I don't use it to charge my iPhone.

Difficult to use for phone. Connector difficult to align. This requires two hands and cannot be done while lying in bed. But well, I've decided to live with it because I like clean design. Then it stopped charging after a few months of use. There is no way to return the item as it is overdue. I expect more from an overpriced Belkin product. It's a poorly designed piece of junk.

Worked very well for the first few weeks and then started to charge the watch only partially, even at night. I'm still trying to figure out why, although there's really only one way to connect the watch to a charger. Two months later: still erratic behavior, some nights fully charged, some partially, some not at all. An iPhone that many other devices would have made at a much cheaper price. I used to have good reviews for this product, but I no longer recommend it.

I bought this charging station to get rid of my bedside charging junk and it does the job perfectly. It looks great and keeps things nice and organized. BUT I can never put my phone on the charger the first time. I'll sit and wrestle with this for a while before my phone sits on the dock and starts charging. The Lightning charger is height adjustable to fit the phone case, which is great. What I don't like is the ease of plugging the phone into the jack. The charger is located off the back of the phone. This will not wirelessly charge your phone. You need to connect your phone to the connector sticking out from the bottom of the stand. It's less convenient than a wireless charging pad because you have to carefully line up and snap the connector into place. It doesn't have the convenience of a wireless charging pad, which I had in mind when ordering.
