This basket fits my Simple Seven and .

This basket fits my Simple Seven Cruiser well and has velcro to hold it to the frame to prevent scratches. It arrived much earlier than planned via standard shipping.

Easy to assemble, fits a dog

This was about the only basket I could find that would hold my 17lb Shih Tzu, all other baskets were limited to 11lbs. together and have fun! I added a large scarf for his comfort and tied it with a bike lock chain. DO NOT do this if your dog is nervous! Assembly was very easy, it looks fine on my cruiser which would have been a bit bigger but maybe not ok ;)

Heavy but amazing for sport

I really like this basket. Looks amazing on my bike and seems easy to set up for any application. I have a 26 inch bike with bmx handlebars. I needed a few extra screws for my fit, may not fit you. The wood appears to be unfinished so I took the pieces off and applied a few coats of clear polyurethane to give it a little bit. Weather protection. Also, the middle piece of wood has been reinstalled upside down to hide the Bell logo. All right, it's solid metal; 4.5 lbs according to my scale. I…

Fairly quiet after installation

Installation just finished. Installation is easy but be prepared if you have bars with any type of lift you will need to carefully bend the top brackets to get the screw into the threads. If you're using frame mounts to mount the racks, you'll also need extra screws. I pulled out a couple of water bottle bosses on another bike. After installation, it works quietly, but rattles a bit. The main reason I'm deducting two stars is because the "Download App" installation instructions teaser is for…

Front wheel clutches -- unusable

I set this up for a commuter bike with flat bars, 16.5" frame and 700c wheels. In other words, a normal-sized bike for a normal adult. Other reviewers have mentioned problems with the hooks that attach to the handlebars - no problem here - or threading the basket through the brake and shifter cables - no problem either, lift that Just grab the basket from the bottom instead of lowering the basket from the top - but the basket sits right on top of my bike's front wheel. Completely useless. If…

Cool basket can hold a lot of stuff

I bought this one because it looked a lot stronger than some of the other options and sold for about $20. It goes well with my Trek city bike and feels pretty solid. I removed the star because it was more difficult to put on than I thought. I had to bend the parts where it attaches to the handlebars because they didn't wrap easily around my handlebars. I think the design would be better if there were nuts and bolts that attach the basket to the parts that go to the handlebars. After a lot of…

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Some bugs

Absolutely awful. First, the instructions are nowhere to be found unless you download this stupid, overly complicated app. Second, the design is terrible (random mix of hex and Phillips screws that don't really match what you're good at and clearly stand out). Finally, unfortunately, the handlebar mounts only fit the thinnest handlebars, and bending them into the desired shape is almost impossible. There is no other way to attach it to the bike. And the sharp metal clips scratch my powder…

Great portable basket for transporting a small dog on a folding bike!

These panniers go well with my Speed Uno folding bikes (if you're looking for a folding bike, the Speed Uno is your best bet for many reasons: lightweight, easy and quick to fold , solid job site, saved my life several times riding trails I had nothing to do there). I don't even use an anchor lock or handle. Simply attach the hooks to the steering wheel and off you go. Losing weight is also quick and easy. I carry 10-12 lb dogs in it. Surprisingly, they don't rock back and forth and can be…

Can be a little uncomfortable on a mountain bike but is very roomy

Purchased for my wife's bike. Fair enough I have a baby behind me so she should have a support set. It's hard to put on on a mountain bike. You have to fold it back and then drop it onto the cables on the handlebars, otherwise it's a great basket. It has a pair of hooks at the top for the handlebars and a bracket at the bottom to keep it straight. The mount has a clasp that allows you to wrap the tube and hold it on the bike. The basket is spacious and has room for a small tool kit, a few extra

Pros
  • Quality construction

  • Requires an outlet
