The wig arrived slightly flattened and deformed due to soft packaging (thin plastic container in the bag). The product itself was pretty decent and with a few tweaks we made it better. It was still probably the best Bell wig of the few in this price range.

Don't even bother trying to get this wig if your child is under 4 years old. My just 6 year old daughter couldn't even turn it upside down. It had chin straps that could have choked them if we kept it buttoned too long. The wig bang was terrible. I plan to just buy an adult wig instead and style it myself after the fiasco of ordering it.

This wig was a waste of money and I am disappointed as it was meant to add a 'special touch' to my daughter's Belle costume. When I received it it was styled so that the bangs were slanted and the curls at the back started to fall out when I tried to comb or brush it. The padding in the top knot was very visible and my daughter said the wig gave her a headache. I hope I can come back for a refund.

This wig gave me a headache! It arrived very matt and frizzy so I decided to make a big effort to salvage it. I soaked it in fabric softener for 2 days, rinsed in cold water, let it air dry on my porch, then took a wide wire comb and combed it through each clump of curls, then twisted it with my finger to bring it back into shape.
