Nice skirt! It fits really well, each of the three steps is clearly visible. I've worn it once and already got compliments from strangers. My waist is about 27-28 inches, I'm 5ft 1in and it fits well. Almost touches the ground, but not quite. And it moves beautifully and is very smooth! skirt is.

Loved this skirt. I wore it to the belly dance style cosplay Belly from the movie Beauty and the Beast. It was the perfect match. It is fluid and holds its shape very well. The stretch allowed my well sorted size 18 to sit comfortably again. Definitely worth it. With all layers it is not translucent! It was a bit long as I'm 4ft 11" so I wore it with a high waist.

Nice fabric, thoughtful stitching. Each layer has a thin synthetic cord strategically sewn into the hem to create a "natural" ruffled look. With proper lighting (especially in sunlight) it has a beautiful sheen. I mostly use it as a petticoat and then occasionally add it to a classic petticoat for a very COMPLETE look while still looking curled and fluffy.
