🩹 Bruise Masterpiece: Ben Nye EW-4 Wheel for Authentic Bruising Effects (1 oz/28 gm) Review

This brand is good for Halloween or theater. This was purchased for my theater to learn how to use different makeup for performances. We have a zombie bike, it's the same brand, the colors are similar to one. That works great! It's a bit more expensive on Amazon. My son's drama teacher informed us if the local store sells the same for $13. We didn't buy there because it's on the other side of town. We didn't have time to buy before the date he needed it.

This is a really good product. In the photo I applied it last night along with a set and a makeup sponge and forgot to take it off before bed it held up so well all night. I also put a power setting on it. Remember to apply a base (Ben Nye Stage Base) before applying. I heard it can stain your skin if you don't. In the photo, the base isn't on me, but I didn't paint it before.

I LOVE this bike! They really can create amazing bruising and irritation! I took a cheap set of synthetic brushes that I used with this and 91% alcohol and ended up coming up with some great Halloween creations. I will definitely consider buying other color wheels and products from this line. They washed off easily without leaving stains, blended very well and got the right consistency even with the addition of alcohol. I highly recommend it!

I've recently fallen in love with FX and Ben Nye is a brand to work with! The colors can be distributed very well and mixed with one another without mixing shades. It also builds up easily, I only used a small amount of red to achieve the wash I made. The yellow is very strong and the other darker shades are very rich. Combined with the stage blood of Ben Nye I will definitely be buying more and more!

Ben Nye is the gold standard for stage makeup and this palette has arrived in great shape. It's a great starter tool and cheaper than buying all the paints in a separate can (although it's easier to use).

Really nice squeeze screen, high quality makeup. I like Ben Nye because I don't have to worry about him lashing out at my volunteers like I do with discount makeup. I've used this squeeze wheel to make six voluntary "victims" of a simulated disaster, and I still have enough product in the wheel for two or three more occasions.

I used it to create a black eye for a performance. When friends on Facebook saw the photos, they thought they were real. Of course you have to apply it correctly, but it has the right colors.
