Good product for shock absorbers, struts and suspension

They did what they needed and that's exactly what they say. There was some difficulty activating one of them, but it's probably an issue with the installer.

Why did I wait so long to buy them again?

Installation was smooth, especially when I realized that by manually raising the tailgate, the pillars would engage with much less effort!

Perfect for town and country 2014

Was very easy to assemble, works great! I was skeptical of some reviews saying they didn't fit, but they went perfectly with my 2014 Town and Country gear.

Not an exact replacement for my 2009 but I got them working

These designs are high quality but not an exact replacement for my 2009 Town & Country which had the top brace bevelled to be perfect to fit. I managed to put them on the ball joints and secure them with a zip tie and clamp.

Too bad they double check the items they ship.

When we received the package, it looked normal. Everything seemed to fit. My husband then installed it in the tailgate. As soon as he started lowering the gate, the entire tailgate window exploded. Glass is everywhere. One side turned out to be too long and when it came down it hit the entire back door trying to open the window. The next morning he drove the van to Henderson Glass. You did a wonderful job with it. Cleaned and replaced the rear window and also serviced the hydraulic part that…
