Works great! I would say PERFECT! I've always wanted a Lefse Grittle and finally found it so I splurged and ordered it! I highly recommend this product and they even sent a leaflet to buy other Lefse stuff so I will be buying directly from them! The only thing I recommend is to test your own heating settings according to your cooking preferences. I started at 500 degrees as per the recipe but it was too hot. I chose 450-475 and it was perfect for me!
