Works as promised. And I use the top for the third ice tray. Takes up very little space and holds trays. This is a small item, so you'll need to hold onto it when using the fans. That works fine.

I love this ice cube holder! By moving the trays apart I have eliminated the bottom tray emptying issues. It could be a bit more stable, but for me it works perfectly.

The only thing I could suggest is that the middle shelf has wires closer together or more wires for this shelf. My ice tray tends to slip between two shelf wires because it's a custom size. A third wire or pair of cross wires keeps ice cube trays of different sizes from slipping. I used packing material to make the shelf although it is thick paper so it can be used and will keep me from spilling water in the freezer.

Just needed something to hold my ice cube trays so they don't take up so much space. It does exactly what I wanted and has a small shelf at the top for stuff. Not sure what someone who has left bad reviews expected for the price, but it seems sturdy enough that I had no problem storing a thawed tray on the shelves. Ice cube trays are longer than shelves but I don't think they were designed for that. I measured and compared my trays to the shelf before ordering, so I was expecting an overhang.

Tray holder looks great but is too wide for standard 2x18 ice trays. We have both metal and plastic bowls and the hole in the center of the holder allows the bowls to slide in and then the water comes out. However, I solved the problem by wrapping some strands of 14 gauge electrical wire around the two layers of the shelf. Now the ice molds won't slide into the slot anymore. ---- If the manufacturer/supplier patents this idea, I'd like a share of the stock!

I was looking for a tray that I could put an ice compartment in without touching the bottom tray (my freezer spills too much) but the bottom shelf is just like it is not stable not solid. I tried fixing it by putting tape on it to make it more durable but that didn't work in the end.
