I bought these for my daughter for school, she wore them for two days and her tongue fell out and I don't know how to fix this problem. Is your product described as a hiking shoe? I would not recommend them for hiking.

Supplied in a tightly sealed polythene bag. Apparently the shoes were totally deformed upon arrival. Other reviews have noticed this, I just didn't see them until I ordered 2 pairs. I sent both back. Too bad because the quality of the shoes would have been worth the price.

These shoes came in a bag! No shoe box and nothing to keep in shape. The heel and toe are so deformed that my son's feet hurt. We put them on a heater to see if they recover. They seem inferior but you get what you pay for and my baby won't need them for a few months.

I was looking for sneakers for my 3 year old daughter for a long time until I found this one. This is really great. My daughter loves hiking and the handle helps her not to slip or fall. Very well made, nice color and great grip.

I was very disappointed when these boots arrived. They were crushed and deformed by the packaging. I have never received a pair of shoes without proper packaging inside the shoe to prevent damage. Bought these for a Boy Scout camp. With record rainfall, I needed something that could protect my child's feet from wet trails, standing water, and heavy rain. He could keep up with hikes, jump in puddles, and generally be a sloppy kid while mostly keeping his feet dry. His athletic shoes soaked his feet in minutes, enough to last most of the day.
