High quality product with some room for improvement

This is the 3rd roller backpack I bought for my very frequent overseas business trips. I was very specific in my search: I wanted something that:a) is a two-in-one suit case + lap top case combob) has 360 degree spinner wheelsc) is made with good quality materials and workmanshipd) is small enough for carry-on and big enough to hold what a woman traveler needs for 3-4 daysThat's quite a tall order!I'm happy to say that this product actually pretty much met all the requirements, and then some…

my husband & I both find these to be excellent quality and great function

I bought two of these one for both of us. Our initial impression was reserved. After two months travel in Europe and then storage at home, my husband & I both find these to be excellent quality and great function.

Flexible, conveniently sized wheeled tote

Perfect! Holds as much as if not more than a suitcase-style carry-on, but can be mushed down a bit to fit into smaller overhead bins. Side panel made it easy to take laptop out for security without unpacking the whole bag. Wheels work well, and bag is sturdy enough when full. Could fit under seat if not completely full. This is the perfect carry-on. Construction seems good too, so I hope it lasts (only 2-year warranty).

Good purchase after repair!

I looked forward to using this to carry back gifts from a recent trip to Europe. I packed it in my luggage initially. The 2nd time I pulled it out to put some purchases in it, the side web-handle stitching failed! It took some time from my activities to find a satisfactory repair however once repaired it met all my criteria for a Carry-on for gifts. I was disappointed by the lack of quality control for a rather expensive yet well designed travel item.

Greatest purchased item for traveling.

Best bag ever. No more pain in the shoulder from trying to carry a shoulder bag that’s too heavy. It just rolls alongside of you.

Easy to travel with, light. But noisy af

Im a massage therapist so my book bag weights over 10-15 llbs. I knew there had to be a better way than to carry even two bags. Thank for who ever invented this. However the wheels on the bottom are rather noisy on a concrete sidewalk. Consider a better wheel like rubber.
