I like how easy it was once you learn your way around, that's all there really are too many features but they do work well together so not much complaining here! The best thing about this platform in my opinion would be their customer service team as sometimes when we have issues with our account or anything else related everything takes forever!! I like how easy it was to use, my boss loves that he can make changes at anytime from anywhere! There isn't anything i dislike about this program other then everything would be perfect if they had more time with updates or adding new features as needed!! So far there have been no issues when using our computerized bidding process so we are very happy overall but sometimes its hard keeping up because things change all too often in terms of what people want outbidwise etc..
