This distributor cap looks much better quality than the original cap for my Chev 4.3 engine. The pins in the cap are brass, not aluminum. Great product at a great price I think.

Let's just say it's time to replace the cap and rotor on my blazer. Overall it was very easy to install and one thing to note, if it doesn't have the factory torx screws to attach the cover back to the manifold do not use the screws provided, I had a click during the reinstall. Otherwise it's fantastic for the price

Well, you pay for what you get. I've been a technician for 27 years and have owned the company for 15 years. Turned out to be good quality. But after a week of moving, the truck cut right into the intersection. I removed the distributor cap and found that the center of the rotor was simply cut off. After a stroll through the parts store I got another set to go. As a consumer, towing and repairing would be worthwhile. So buying cheap parts is not always profitable.

Excellent quality for so much money! Heavier than standard parts that had aluminum inside! I'd love to tell everyone how they worked, but due to Chevy's anti-theft junk I can't get it to start right now! If your car has a security light and it just hisses and won't start, don't spend a dime on it until you reset it because, like mine, your Chevy will soon end up in a junkyard due to poor engineering! But the cap and rotor are probably the best things under the hood right now!

cap and rotor fit perfectly (contrary to amazon search results) for my 1998 oldsmobile bravada 4dr 4.3 engine. I didn't use the supplied head screws, I chose. Use my old screws for the cover. I used new rotor bolts. I like the Torks non-slip screws. This is the second time I prefer copper over others. The old copper cap fails after many thousands of kilometers and years. Goodbye. Make sure you buy new spark plug wires as well, as old wires will cause even the best spark plugs to fail.

Installed this cover along with a new rotor in April 2020. Chevrolet Astro, 2000MY. Vortec engine 4.3L, 6 cylinders. There was no operation, it worked well for about a year, then misfiring began in individual cylinders. We've only driven 3,700 miles.
