Expedition Vestee for Boys by Big Chill Review

I am writing a late review as I bought it in April and it is now December. This jacket is just fantastic and worth the money. It's spacious, heavy and of excellent quality. We've used it - worn out as a wild 5 year old and it's still like new. We live in the Midwest and this is the perfect addition to my winter wardrobe - in fact, it's the only thing I rely on during the winter.

This coat is amazing! So warm and soft inside. My son loves the finger holes. It looks great and is high quality. I buy my son a Big Chill coat every year because of the great quality.

I love how the hat folds up for extra height. It sits below the hips for good coverage when you're playing in the snow. Worn for a few months, washed several times, still looks new. Both of my boys have this coat. bought size. Excellent quality!

I wanted a warm winter coat with a soft lining for my 7 year old and it's great. And it's long enough to cover his bum, which is a plus for me because my son sometimes carries an insulin pump in it and I don't want it to be too cold. The price seems really reasonable for a coat of this quality. We are very pleased.

This jacket is better than Carter's or Baby Gap! This is my son's second jacket. I liked it so much that I looked for another one next winter.

My son loves this coat, it keeps him warm in the cold Colorado winters! The zipper broke on his last coat, but this zipper seems to be more durable. Also a very nice coat!

I really don't know if it will fit as I bought it large specifically for this year and next. I love this brand and my daughter has coats from them too. They are warm, long enough, an excellent buy on all sides. I have to say it's coldest here at night but I would definitely believe it's a lot lower. Highly recommended.

I ordered this coat for my 8 year old son, it is very warm and very soft inside. This is a great coat for those tough, cold, snowy days. Last year he liked his Big Chill coat but it has grown and this coat is even better than the previous one. Love it!

I give this coat 4 to 5 stars for its excellent quality. They fit true to size or are too small, so make sure you go up a size when ordering. Otherwise this coat is of excellent quality.

I love this coat, it fits my 8 year old son perfectly. It's really warm in here and the hood covers his head so well he doesn't need a hat. Highly recommended.

This coat is really pretty and looks good for a Wisconsin winter. But please ORDER 2 SIZES UP! Got 10-12 and it fits my 9 year old grandson easily. no room for growth. He is slightly larger than a husky. Hope that helps. OK, it's mid-December and the coat didn't survive the winter. The seams under the armpits have come undone, now there are big holes. The seams on the bottom of the coat have separated. Too bad it seemed like a good coat.
