The motion detector does not work. Easy to install, but adhesive strips are short-lived. The light went out after 3 weeks. I would recommend only using screws for attachment. The lighting is adjustable, which is nice. I put a small magnet on the back of my remote that allows me to leave it in front of the fridge.

I ordered this to replace an old lamp in my desk cabinet. This is just fantastic light! Lightweight, attaches with Velcro or screws, and even has its own dimmer and remote control! Uses 3 AA batteries. It also looks good in a display case or under a kitchen counter where a corner light is needed.

Although they are LEDs they drain the battery. If we forgot to turn them off at night, we could be sure that new batteries would be needed the next day. Also, the remote just stopped working, so we couldn't turn it on or off without tampering with the battery compartment. They are very easy to install and provide the perfect light for any job. You have the choice: screw on or use Velcro.
