Wrong size for Yamaha

It was a 1/2 drive also it doesn't fit Yamaha they make a 3/8 drive that will fit. Yamaha isn't the seller's fault but the correct disc doesn't show up, they returned the money with no problems

Pros
  • tool kits
Cons

Not suitable for everyone. Best Fluids and Maintenance

Very reliable tool but will not fit Yamaha XV or XJ. These models require a 22mm allen key to install the damper rod. I'm sure I can use this setting for other pendants.

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • Requires Socket Wrench

Will not work for my Honda Shadow

I got this to work using Honda Shadow forks. First, it was too big to fit in the damper. I spent a good 45 minutes sanding the round part to fit it there. Also, it was too loose to securely attach to my 1/2" extension and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to pull it back out if it got stuck there. So I had to weld it to a piece of rebar. I did, put it in the fork and nothing caught. I've spent too much time messing around with this tool. I never managed to get it to work as described.
