After trying this product, I was left feeling let down by the lack of improvement. The billet aluminum construction did nothing to enhance the shifting experience on my motorcycle.

After installing this on my Hawk 250 and testing it for security, the splined metal seal slipped out fairly easily after I jiggled the gear selector with my hand causing it to fall completely off the bike. and although I unscrew the hex bolt as far as I can without removing it or breaking anything. it didn't matter!

This is a good cheap alternative for backyard riders, but any type of trail riding or racing - AVOID. It only took 2 rides for the shift mechanism to wear out. I was 5 miles in the woods when he started falling off my bike. I had to leave it in 2nd gear and hobble back to the truck. It also has a lot more flex in the stock and hits the frame when pushed on my YZ 250. Had to throw it away and stick with the stock. My fault for buying a cheap fake.
