We have 8 or 9 of these in our office and they always come bent or dented. Just grab a hammer and a soft cloth so you don't ruin the paint and they're decent. You get what you pay for

On a second attempt to purchase this item, both items arrived with unacceptable damage. Big dents and scratches. Don't waste your time and headache returning this heavy item. I would not recommend this product.

While I like the product, it arrived with a dent on the top of the cabinet - the box was not damaged so it was probably damaged before shipping. What I don't like is that I can only return the product instead of getting a discount. I cannot return this item as the box is huge and damaged when opened. Therefore I have no right of recourse.

I received this block with a scratch and dent that was painted over on the top of the case and another flat dent on another part of the top. Luckily I kept the box and was able to send it back and get a refund. I have read that some other customers have received the same cabinet with different problems, but I was very surprised to find that I had received a used and refurbished product and not a brand new product.
