Top and bottom leg caps were warped by the packaging, making it difficult to put on. There are NO instructions on how to extend the bars, so there is not enough space to store the necessary shoes. One rod rotates and appears to expand, but when the other is rotated in the same way, the anchor bolt and rod separate as if stripped. I liked the concept but it didn't materialize. check and send more detailed instructions.

This is an adjustable expandable shoe rack. So when installing, you need to expand one side of each tube to grab the inner extension tube so you can screw the side panel to the actual rack. I screwed each tube in slightly so I could adjust it and then tightened it. Even though it was flimsy I figured it would work as a shoe rack by the front door. Bought 2 of these to put our shoes on plastic shelves in the garage. I've stretched them to the limit and they fit 5.5 to 6 pairs of shoes with room for sandals/flip flops at the bottom.
