There's a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it it's pretty easy to use. Warning: gets HOT very quickly. I apply some hairspray and my curls even hold up pretty well for days! They're sluggish at the end of the day/next day, but just a quick touch and they're like new.

This product broke after 9 months. Another year was warranty. I contacted the seller and went directly to the manufacturer. Unfortunately nobody could help me. I'm very disappointed because I really like this product but it only lasted 9 months. Now I'm forced to buy the same product again even if it's still under warranty and pay twice as much for the same product.
