I love this thing! I am asthmatic and very sensitive to chemicals. I used dr. Bronners and/or vinegar for carpet cleaning in our rented house (common with two kids and a little pig), but it seemed to attract dirt. I've used this and seen a huge difference. This is the only commercial carpet product I have ever used that has not made me sick. Works great and will buy again once I use the bottle which by the way is huge.

When used as intended, it foamed so much that foam escaped from all possible places on my machine. I love this idea and will try again but this time with a defoamer that I can add to the recovery tank to keep the defoamers off the cribs and other things I need to clean. Then let you know how it works. I didn't get very far on the first try. But I don't want to give up either. I love all of the other BioKleen products I've used so far.

This item arrived today and much to my disappointment it is NOT odorless. The citrus smell makes me sick. I'll have to dilute it heavily, which will likely affect its cleaning power. Pure lime scent Haven't used it in my homemade carpet cleaner yet. Many reviews claim that the product leaks upon arrival and this is true. The detergent screw cap was tight with no cracks or broken plastic - this must be a manufacturing issue as the cap does not seal well. He needs a tongue like a jar of bleach.
