I purchased this product hoping to add volume to my fine hair. I had fine but not thinning hair when I first started using this shampoo, conditioner and serum combo. However, it causes terrible hair loss. I have never experienced so much dandruff! My brush is full after every use! Now I'm trying to find something to stop the hair loss and replace my normally healthy hair. So disappointed. I really expected better.

First of all, I don't usually write reviews, but it was expensive. The smell is very strong and not pleasant at all. It gave me very bad dandruff and even started to turn red in the infected areas! I tried using it sporadically for a couple of weeks before giving up and now I'm stuck with huge bottles of horribly expensive shampoo/conditioner. For a woman with fine fine hair who is looking for a quality hair care product, this is definitely not the one. DO NOT BUY!

I have used a shampoo and conditioner that left my hair silky but flat on top and showed mild to moderate shedding after having A LOT of hair, albeit fine (as opposed to thick hair shafts ). This shampoo and conditioner makes my hair shiny but thicker at the shaft so it doesn't flake at the crown for days. I worry less. Since this is a quality shampoo and conditioner that helps minimize thinning hair, it's worth it. No exaggeration and my hair doesn't grow back thicker, just a product that does

I used to buy herbal essences and used to pull so many strands out of my head when I washed my hair (I thought that was normal). I bought this when it was on sale and damn it COULD get a strand pulled out in the wash. Not only that, my hair was stuck for several months. I started using this shampoo and my hair has grown so much! I really hope that this product will be back on the market soon. I really want to keep using this product but I can't afford to pay $30.
