Easy to log-in - Logs employee presence

I like that it is easy for employees as well as supervisors/managers when logging in or out at work locations which helps keep track easily! It also makes sure you know who has clocked into your business by using their fingerprints so there's no need anymore for paper logs!! The only thing i dislike about this system was how slow sometimes can be once we go live but other than that everything else works great. We have been able use both online and offline access through different devices such

  • Easy to navigate, not hard very user friendly
  • Great customer support team!!! They are quick responding.
  • Everything functions properly even with our various hardware configurations (PC laptop tablet iPad)etc..it just seems seamless across all platforms without any issues whatsoever..I really appreciate BiTime’s responsiveness too ! :)

Easy to use and useful functionality

I like that it is easy for my employees (and myself)to log in from anywhere at any given point during their day or week! The reporting section can be improved but its quite good as well - we have not had many issues so far when using this piece within an organisation where there was no previous experience/knowledge around IT systems etc., however i would say some initial training may need provided by someone who has used similar products before? It's been very helpful being able find out how…
