I had problems with this item. I use machines like this all the time, but this one struggles with thin molds. It doesn't matter where or how I place the cube, it doesn't rotate.

I had to return this model and buy a more expensive model as this model did not work properly. It was difficult to load the plates as instructed and the die cut was poor when cutting more than one sheet. I hope that the more expensive model I bought is better.
