Birch Photo Picture Frame Vertical Review

It is much smaller than the 5 x 7 size indicated in the description. It is more like almost 4 x 6. The glass has been glued into the frame. And it's not a birch. This is a very heavily painted pottery. Also, the back was very fragile paper that came off as soon as I opened the back.

The frame itself is very nice. I bought it as a gift, maybe I'll order it for myself. HOWEVER previous reviews of it not being suitable for 5x7 photography are correct. I thought maybe they just took the wrong shot. But the paper in my frame says 5x7 and it's definitely smaller. I had to crop my 5x7 photo to fit. See photo for reference. It would have been 5 stars if the size was correct.

I'm very picky about photos. This is a great frame and good quality. The problem I had was that the frame itself, the mount, the glass, and the frame cutout weren't true 5x7s. It was actually about a quarter inch smaller, and I had to crop the entire photo to fit this frame properly. Luckily this photo was able to be cropped but I have others that wouldn't fit. I measured my photo, it was exactly 5 x 7 as it came from a professional photo shop. So be careful when purchasing. Got two runs…
