Bissell 2031283 BRUSH Inch Brush Review

This is the exact part needed to repair these vacuums. I threw away the others and replaced them. All I needed were new filters and a hose cleaning. I highly recommend it! My wife said that for less than $20 (including the filter) it was as good as new with a half hour cleaning of accumulated dirt around the old brush and in the hose. I not only fixed the vacuum cleaner, but also arranged a romantic evening :)

Bought two years ago. At that time there was NO replacement for my model. This one looked the closest and I was desperate so we bought this item. It was damn tight, but too bulky at the collar. I started by removing the roller's hard plastic with a carpet cutter. Goes VERY SLOW. This is NOT grandma's crap"foreign made"! It took an hour to shred my son-in-law, bring him closer, and then "adjust" the fit with metal square and triangle files. Two years with no problems on my Bissell 3410. Love it!

A review and product description from Revain rather than the part itself - it doesn't fit my vacuum so I don't know how it works (probably good if it fits your model)! So, I have a Bissell Powerforce 6596, but it is NOT the right brush for my vacuum despite what the Revain product description and parts finder says.
