This bottle comes with a screw cap and tube.

This bottle comes with a nozzle and hose. I didn't need a bottle or hose, but buying a screw on the nozzle cost almost twice as much as buying the entire assembly. This really fixed the problem with our existing tank where the nozzle was blowing apart.
