🧹 Bissell O Gaskets Geared Brushroll for 5770, 5990, 6100, 16N5 Review

The item sent does not match my Bissell 5990. It also does not match the video shown on the product page. The returned roller uses a different belt and the belt connection is in a different location. See photo. The gray scooter is my original, the black one was sent. Also note the dirty carpet which I have to wait another week to clean.

This roller fits the 5770 but when I disassembled the vacuum I noticed that there were two felt pads on either side of the belt which were missing on this roller. Yes the vacuum would work fine *but* I'm sure over time dirt will get into the belt/motor housing. Couldn't use it as the roller wasn't my problem. - I hope this review was helpful.

I stopped buying Bissell machines for my cleaning business because I couldn't buy parts directly and had to use a "service center" to repair my machines, which I refuse as they are out of stock, many miles away from me. If I need a car, I need it NOW and that's why I fix my own cars. I left one Bissell in need of repairs and threw away the rest to make room for a spare. Now I've fixed it and it will serve as a backup machine.

The product does not match the image. The only thing different is the rail that grips the band. The one I received had no grooves as shown in the photo. I tried to paste it anyway and it doesn't fit. I have a Bissell Powerclean Multi cyclone filter. I uploaded two pictures. Red is original. It is the same as shown in the picture. Now I have the gray roller. You can see how the belt track differs.
