No woman would have invented this steam cleaner! You have to hold a very heavy lid and try to hit the steam button. The cable is bulky and heavy, you have to twist it, there is nothing to wrap. You can't just prop it up, and as soon as it falls, all the water runs out. I have a 1940 BISSELL PowerFresh steam mop, floor steamer, tile cleaner and hardwood floor cleaner that I absolutely LOVE. So I gave it to my son. And I just returned a Bissell 2075A and ordered a 1940 Bissell that works.

The microfiber mop head either looks smooth or you may need some strength to slide across the floor. I wish it had something to block the power button instead of holding it down to let off steam as it can be tiring when you're cleaning the whole house. The fact that it can be disassembled so easily to clean grout, bathroom tile or floorboards is amazing.
