Black Bezel Halogen Type LED Halo Ring Eye Lid Projector Headlights For 2006-2008 BMW E90 3 Series 4 Door Sedan Review

Bought these headlights for my E90 328i in December of 2019 and even though they came with no instructions I still got them installed. Well it hasn’t even been 2 years yet and the passenger side connector no longer works. I’ve bought plenty of aftermarket lights before these are the only ones that failed me so quickly. Instead of buying these then having to replace them 1-2 years from now save yourself the time and hassle and go with another set of headlights.

First of all they create a gap between the hood and the light. Second: my adaptive warning light comes on every time the car is started. Third: they don't light up the road more than 6 ft in front of the car (dangerous). In other words, they point DOWN. I've had them repositioned three times and they keep going back. Fourth: high beams only stay on while you are holding the switch. I've had them for months and have had driver side light randomly stop working too. Buying the bulbs separate…

You have to cut and wire the angel eyes yourself, luckily I know how to and wired them to the eyebrow light, but if you don't know this is pretty annoying.The angel eyes are not very bright at all in the daytime. The highbeam housing calls for an H1 bulb, which is not the same as stock so my LEDS wouldn't fit.These headlights look decent otherwise, pigtail plug is a nice plus and all bolts fit exactly as stock.

I opted to get these headlights after my DEPO light’s halo bulb went out. The price just to replace the halo was the same as the complete housing for both of these brand new headlights. I will admit the halos on these are not as bright, but I feel it’s a fair trade off for its price point.As a side note, it does not come with headlight bulbs (I opted for the white sylvanias) and you do have to splice the wire for the halo lights into the DRLs. So I’m not expert in wiring or whatever you want to call it. I want a plug and play. Got these and figured they weren’t just plug and play if you want the halos to work. So after like 7 hours of YouTubing, googling, looking at forums, posting on Facebook pages, I made progress! Pretty annoying when you remove the front bumper, cut the fog lights, wire everything on up and install everything back together. Only to find out the company didn't include the Projector bulbs and now need to remove and reinstall the driver's side light. maybe get away without removing the passenger side headlight to instal projector bulbs. I have not installed these yet but hooked them up after wiring the halos and swapping to LEDs. I threw an error free LED set in the low beams and they look awesome. Cut off looks great even though I haven’t installed. The side by side picture is halogen vs leds in the projector and is crooked because lamp is not installed.Like others have mentioned you have to tap into the eye brow white/black wires for the halos to work. These lights came out of the housing inside the light enclosure within 3 months causing excessive heat and melting and because of this headlights do not focus on the road instead act like high beam. You might get a ticket from the cops. Contacted manufacturer and they said they cannot replace because it’s past 3 months. All lights from this seller should be avoided at any cost. Don’t buy .you will end up spending more because you will need to replace them anyway.

The halo lights are VERY DIM. Doesn’t even look like they’re on. The regular lights doesn’t shine far at all. Can see down the road with regular lights. Have to use brights at all times to see at night

Like the look but thought the halo light would be a bit brighter, nice look at night. Easy plug and play just keep in mind you will require to splice the halo cable to your fogs or low beam light cable. Nice fit but not snug like oem. Overall for the price nice headlights. Sorry no night pictures.

Worst headlights ever! If I could give zero stars I would. They are not bright enough to see at night even with replacing all bulbs. My high beam switch will not work to turn on my high beams I have to hold it in. My interior dash always has a warning that I have a headlight out which I do not.

Lights look good, but do not come with Low beam bulbs. Which run around $50. Also my husband had to wire himself. No instructions included

Yeah lights are great but order h7 headlight bulbs as well because they do not come with projector headlight bulbs just halos and high beams, and seller will lie to you and say it does they work fine. No it doesn’t buy bulbs as well

When you are installing the angel eyes, just tap it into the brows, or if you want to get fancy, plug into a fuse that turns on when the car is on.

The lights itself I really enjoy the look of. The only issues I had with them were that they didn’t come with the low beams and that they were troublesome to install.

Insulation can be a little tricky as with all modern cars. It is definitely worth it and makes the car look much newer than it actually is. Had a issue with one of the headlights that the seller quickly responded to and made right.

On a Bimmer thee are a pain to install, the entire front end has to come off. That's my feedback. No low beams or instructions

These lights are super bright and halos are visible in daylight could be brighter but definitely good for the price. Definitely recommend if you want your headlights to look cleaner and a little aggressive.

Perfect upgrade for 06 e90. Good fit. Wiring halos takes some skill. Also, lamps not included you will need your old ones.
