🛵 2-inch Ball ATV/UTV Mount with Hitch Ball, Winch Strap Loop, and 1 1/4-inch Shank (66024) Review

This is the perfect UTV hitch. Sturdy construction with features for attaching lawn/garden trailers, regular 2" ball trailers to move your utility trailer, for example, and a great tow strap attachment point to free others from a stuck situation. Easy installs on my Honda Pioneer and can be quickly removed by pulling the pin and pulling out of the mounting point on the UTV. I highly recommend it.

Really durable item. Bracket 5/16" thick. Hole is straight. Thick powder coat finish. Distance from hole to end of shaft is short enough to fit a typically short ATV/UTV receiver. In fact, I drilled another hole to accommodate fully insert the shank.If I need more offset from the machine when using a ball I can use the original hole.Satisfied all round.

Great for Steiner 450. Had to hold weight mounts by sliding 1-1/2" tubing around hold down bar. Very happy with it. The Reese used to have a shackle and one Ball hitches that were too big and dragged on the ground when angle changed and too low to tow either my fork trailer or sprayer I really only needed a support but I like the traction and the extra height to get the 2 inch ball taller so when I use the ball occasionally it's closer to the trailer height.

This hitch has everything I need for my UTV. "Tongue” for small vans around the yard, a ball for large trailers or boats, and a loop for towing with a harness. I've used it before and it has pulled another UTV with no problems. Robust construction, very tightly welded. The strap loop is more secure than putting the strap on the ball. Pin hole drilled at an angle, clear to daylight! Apologies for no photos as this was after some thought. Lesson learned. Bought a 5/8 pin (as described and most pin apps) and let's just say there's a lot to unroll! I don't have time to delve into Amazon's return policies (return, refund, buy a new one, wait two or three days for Prime, or if they choose to ship). Currently used on the RZR 900 for towing small garden tools. I bought a driveway leveler and attached it to an existing hole on this hitch, which worked great. I really like having a 2" ball to move small trailers or anything else needed side by side for easy boarding and disembarking or just not having to use a truck all the time. This was a must have for my new UTV. I use my mule for a lot of farm work. This hitch is the perfect addition to all of my towing needs. This thing is very well built for UTV use.
