Ordered for the office kitchen. Many people use it mainly to reheat leftovers or toast. It works fast. Very satisfied and impressed. Highly recommended.

Toast function stopped working after a few months. All of this has expired in less than two years. I've had other models that were in the same price range and lasted more than 10 years. Can't recommend it.

The fan started the racket on the third day of use. There are too few bars on the grate, so food easily gets into the lower heating elements. Wouldn't buy again. The toast was browned on top and untoasted on the bottom.

I bought a bigger toaster than I needed because it had better controls. It worked wonderfully. It heats up quickly, perfectly maintains the temperature when toasting, baking or roasting. It is easy to use and easy to clean. Great buy for the money.

Black and Decker convection oven/toaster failed for 1.5 years with below average usage. Now the convection part is very noisy. The Revain return period has expired and I am waiting for a slow response from B&D. At least I need a replacement.

Everything seems fine but it's bigger than I expected and very difficult to manipulate the dials to get the right settings. I often think it's preheating, and it's not even that. on the! You need to install too many watch faces! We talked about a return but couldn't find one that looked better. Cooks great and is easy to clean.

The oven heats up from the outside. This means that if used for a long time, it consumes a lot of energy and heats up the room, and it is dangerous to work next to it in a small kitchen. wouldn't buy. It also says 6 slices of toast will fit, but the interior is almost square and most rectangular pans won't fit. The product is made in China.

Love this toaster. The extra space in it is so helpful. And I never burned myself on it like I do every day on an old toaster. The top and sides are very warm, but not so hot that you'll burn yourself if you touch them, and the front door handle is designed so that there is enough space between it and the door and the handle doesn't get too hot. Having learned my lesson from another brand, I will never buy anything but a Black & Decker toaster again.
