Correctly fit my 2022 Street Glide with ABS

Unlike some previous reviewers, I had no issues installing this deflector on my 2022 Street Glide with ABS. The cutouts correctly fit the ABS brake lines, the bolt holes aligned correctly and the deflector doesn't make contact with the brake lines or distribution block on the rear of the triple tree. I was prepared to cut it fit given the bargain price but didn't need to do so. I've installed a deflector much like this one on my previous HDs, both Electra Glide Ultras; I don't expect a great…

Nicely constructed but "added " a little buffeting

Quick version: Solid construction, Fit well on my Road King, but actually ADDED buffeting, going to keep it and try in the summer without windshield & fork deflectors. The Story: The construction of this deflector is solid and fit well on my 2019 Road King FLHR. BTW - the torque on fork pinch screws for this bike is 14-18 Ft Lbs, I used 15 FtLb. I usually don't use my (stock) windshield at all, but wanted to start for long rides. The buffeting with the windshield isn't real bad, but at 65+mph…

Decent quality, metal, serves a purpose and seems to function well.

Decent quality. It's metal, but will bend easily. Serves an purpose and does help with wind buffeting when used in conjunction with PBYMT Side Wings Air Deflectors. I also bought a Freedom Shields 8", smoked windshield with the extended sides after trying several other brands of windshield. The combination of these different parts have drastically reduced the wind buffeting. I have a 2015 Street Glide Special.

Super cheap and great improvement!

Perfect fitment on my 2017 FLHXS SGS. Easy to install and decreases wind deflecting from under fairing and tank. Worth the $12 spent.

Is easy to install and works great

Took less than 5 minutes to install using a 1/4 allen socket and a rachet Using the existing upper fasteners for the lower pork clamps

Fitment on 2022 FLHT (Electra Glide Standard)

The ends of the deflector touch the crash bar when at the complete turn or handlebar lock position. I will update in the future if this causes any issues while riding at a slow speed.

I installed it same time as my new windshield, so can’t say if it made things better. but I will say, it is a nice quality part, appears well made and fit like it cost more.

Impressive for my opinion

This is the first wind deflector I bought that was metal. It mounted easily and doesn’t move at all. The black blends in so well it seems like it came with the bike.

.there is NO noticeable difference in wind resistance. Wouldn't buy again. Nice quality, metal, not cheap plastic. However, not very functional.

Cheaper than the stealership item.

I figured for the price it was worth a shot and it was worth a shot. It fit perfectly and is a very easy install. I can tell a difference in the amount of air blowing up into my face and it greatly reduced the buffeting of my sunglasses at highway speeds (70-80 mph).

Quality, Value. good for me

Easy to Install. Great value for the money. Looks good on my 2018 H-D Street Glide FLHX. These Triple Tree Wind deflectors used to come standard on the older Harley's, I have one on my 2001 H-D Ultra Classic that came standard, I don't know why they stopped installing them at the factory.

May not work for some with mods.

I had to modify this shield to get it to fit my 2018 Street Glide. It’s possible that it could be because I have 14” ape hangars and I have a block in the way of where this shield should mount. The metal bends quite easily with channel locks. Look at your set up before you buy to make sure you don’t have the same setup as me. See the pics you’ll know what I’m talking about. After installation I did notice a slight difference in the updraft from the front of the tank. Much better riding…

Will put on all my bikes

Installed with the fairing wings to reduce turbulent air coming from below me. Between the two additions the turbulent air was mostly moved away from my body reducing head buffeting. Install was easy, I used the two upper bolts on the bracket this mounts to and this easily cleared the harness running through that earea.

18 ultra CVO on my review.

Definitely makes a difference. I would say this is a must have for any bearded riders. I was able to ride at 70mph with nothing holding my beard. Before it would have been all up in my face unless I tied it. Install took less than five minutes.

Works on 2020 Touring

I haven't used yet, but paid 3x as much for my last one with the same shape that mounted in the same location on my 08 and worked as advertised. Installed in a few minutes on my FLTRX. two bolts, how hard can it be? Took longer to find my locktite.

  • Had to trim the sides off for it to fit my 2010 street glide. Aside from that it is a decent product.

Fits perfect. Pulled 2 Allen head bolts, bracket fits perfectly in place. Not a lot of parts listed that fit 2021 SGS so I figured I’d post!Helps with the wind, for the price… why not!
